We are a centre for German Language working in coordination with the Goethe-Institut/Max Mueller Bhavan, India. The Max Mueller Bhavan is a non profit organization with a mission to promote German language and culture outside the German speaking countries. Ever since our establishment and the start of our journey from a tiny office building in Patna, we have now touched many lives in all over India & abroad. I attended A1 course in your institute in 2009 during Summers holidays. At that time, I was studying Engineering in BIT Patna.

This decision turned out to be life changing in the following ways:-
•  In 2011, as part of my interview for recruitment to one of the premier software companies, I informed Interviewer that I have learnt German language (although only till A1). In my view, it was pivotal for my selection in that company in 2011.
•  In 2015, I was doing MBA from Symbiosis (SCMHRD). There, we got an opportunity to nominate ourselves for a 10-Month exchange programme in Germany (HWR Berlin). I nominated myself and was selected not only because of my work experience but also because I had done A1 course in the past (2009).
•  In 2017, I tried to get internship in Germany after completion of my MBA programme. Fortunately, I got the internship in EY GmbH, Stuttgart and currently, I am working with EY Germany since then as Consultant.
•  In my personal life, I got married to a girl in 2018, who had been a German teacher in Vadodara (MS University). No, she was not my teacher. Our marriage was arranged.
•  Currently, I have passed level B2 (B2 from Telc, B1 from Goethe), and I am aim to better my German language skills with C1 and C2 certificate in the future.
I would like to mention that in Germany, there is indeed demand for talented individuals and learning German is the pathway to work here.
